"Golden Girls" on Beijing Street

On streets of Beijing, you can often find Chinese style street performance given by "Golden Girls" -- usually elder, retired ladies. Dressing in bright color, they enjoy themselves very much by following the lovely rhythm made by traditional Chinese gong and drum. Such activities on Beijing street are regarded not only as self-enjoyment and entertainment, but also a kind of popular physical exercise for elders.
