Century Theatre

New and modern, the Century Theatre offers a performance space of international standard. With 1,713 comfortable seats, the theatre has a large movable stage. The stage is 18 meters wide and 10 meters high at the front, 19 meters deep, and can be extended towards the front. The stage is equipped with sound panels and curtains, which can be operated manually or automatically. There is also a lift. There is a 300-square-meter rehearsal room, 11 dressing rooms, a 300-square-meter room for storing instruments and stage props, state-of-the-art lighting equipment and simultaneous interpretation equipment. Lighting and temperature can be regulated automatically by computer. The theatre has been used for classical opera, modern song and dance troupes, symphony, plays, large-scale cultural performances, and a variety of international conferences.
