Official Curriculum Vitae of He Guoqiang
He Guoqiang, a native of Xiangxiang, Hunan
Province, was born in October 1943. He joined the Communist Party of China (CPC)
in January 1966 and began to work in September 1966. He graduated from the
Inorganic Chemistry Department, Beijing Institute of Chemical Engineering where
he had majored in Inorganics. With a university education, he holds the title as
a senior engineer.
He is now a member of the Political Bureau and a member of the Secretariat of
the CPC Central Committee and head of the Organization Department of the CPC
Central Committee.
