FA Chinese lawyer named Wu Liangshu was assaulted by court bailiffs at Qingxiu District People's Court  in Nanning, the capital of Guangxi Province on June 3, 2016. The lawyer told media in his statement that he was submitting a legal document to the court and requested for a receipt. The court staff not only refused his request, but also accused him of recording the interaction with his cellphone. The court staff asked the bailiffs to search the lawyer, which the lawyer refused as such a search is illegal without a search warrant. However, the bailiffs used force and assaulted the lawyer.   (20160604)
