Wang Lequan
(1944-) Mr. Wang Lequan, Han nationality, is a native of Shouguang, Shandong Province, was born in December 1944. He joined the Communist Party of China (CPC) in March 1966, began working in September 1965 and received a postgraduate education at the Party School of the CPC Central Committee. He is now a member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee, secretary of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Regional Committee of the CPC, and the first political commissar of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps. 1965-1966 Engaged in socialist education in Jiaonan County, Shandong Province 1966-1975 Deputy head of Houzhen Commune, Shouguang County, Shandong Province, member of the Standing Committee of the Houzhen Commune Revolutionary Committee, member of the Standing Committee of the Houzhen CPC Committee, and deputy secretary of the Chengguan Commune Committee of the CPC 1975-1978 Deputy secretary of the Shouguang County Committee of the CPC, Shandong Province and vice-chairman of the Shouguang County Revolutionary Committee 1978-1982 Secretary of the Shouguang County Committee of the CPC, Shandong
